New phone in lumia series is launched by nokia, the all new nokia lumia 525. The sibling of nokia 525 i.e., nokia lumia 520 turned out to be a big hit for nokia and help them a lot to save their falling market globally. The phone had a decent 4 inch IPS display ,runs on windows 8, expandable memory and packed with other features and comes with great price, the only issue with lumia 520 is lack of app in windows app store and ram which is only 512, but 512 MB ram is enough to run WP 8 OS without a hitch.
what's the difference
The only difference between the nokia lumia 520 and 525 is the ram, as new lumia 525 comes with e 1GB RAM instead of the 512MB which you have in old lumia 520. The other difference is the back panel new lumia 525 have a glossy finish instead of matte finish on the lumia 520. The new lumia will also feature the Lumia Black update . The 525 feels and looks exactly the same like its sibling lumia 520.
Here I want to tell you one thing that there is no difference between NOKIA LUMIA 525 and NOKIA LUMIA 520 except 2 or 3 which also not justify the increment of around RS 2,500(US $ 40). In India you will get this phone with the price tag of RS 9,500/-.

The new nokia lumia 525 is only and upgrade to lumia 520 with only major difference of 1gb ram comes with lumia 525 and few add-ons which practically do not justify the increased price tag of lumia 525. Because lumia 520 needs upgrade not only with ram but also upgraded with features like flash, front facing camera and processor, and if not the processor then flash and front camera must b include in new lumia 525. And according to me 1 GB ram would be more helpful with upgraded chipset and will have no effect in practical use wit old chipset. My verdict if you want to save your some money you can buy lumia 520 and if want to pay more for old wine in fancy bottle then go for lumia 525. At last choice is yours.
